【摘要】 对江苏省农业科学院的调研结果显示:1988～1998年,从事研究的科研人员数量变化不大,从事开发的科技人员增加了两倍多;政府事业拨款增加了3倍多,开发收入从0 11×108元增加到1 42×108元。同时,科研产出并没有随着政府投入的增加而显著增加。计量经济学分析显示:科研产出与科研人员和科研投入呈直接正相关,而与科研辅助人员呈明显负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The survey was conducted on the research institutes in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences for the period from 1988 to 1998. The results showed that the number of full-time staff had been rather stable and that of employee involved in activities producing business income had more than doubled. The government core funding increased by more than three times and net income from business activities jumped from 1.1 million to 14.2 million yuan. However, the research performance had changed little during the period despite of the increase in overall fundings. The results of econometric analysis showed that the research output was directly related to the number of research staff and the amount of research funding. The proportion of supporting staff was related negatively.更多还原
