【摘要】 研究了不同香蕉品种的提取物及其添加方式和质量分数对霍山石斛试管苗壮苗的影响,并对香蕉上清液的可溶性糖质量浓度进行了检测.结果表明:当1/2MS附加质量分数为20%菲律宾香蕉上清液时,对霍山石斛试管苗壮苗的促进作用最佳,而且试管苗可溶性糖质量浓度也最高,附加海南香蕉时促进作用次之,广东芝麻香蕉作用效果最差,这与三种香蕉品种可溶性糖质量浓度高低的检测结果相一致.更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of types of bananas, the addition methods of extract from bananas and its concentration on the growth of Dendrobium huoshanense plants were studied,and the sugar content of banana decantates was tested. The results showed that the 1/2MS medium with the decantate of the banana from Philippines at the concentration of 20% was most helpful to the growth of the plants and their sugar content was also the most, less helpful was banana from Hainan, and the least was that from Guangdong.更多还原
