无轴承永磁同步电机径向悬浮力产生机理研究
Study on mechanism of bearingless permanent magnet-type motors to produce radial suspension forces
【摘要】 在介绍无轴承永磁同步电机径向悬浮力产生原理基础上,推导了无轴承永磁同步电机径向悬浮力数学模型;用有限元分析和计算方法,讨论了无轴承永磁同步电机在定子绕组相应等效电流作用的情况下,改变径向悬浮力绕组中电流、电机气隙磁路分布状况,并且在考虑磁路饱和及非线性情况下,计算了电机径向悬浮力与绕组中电流之间的非线性关系.研究结果对电机的优化设计及如何获得最大径向悬浮力提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of producing radial forces on bearingless permanent magnetic motor (BPMM), the mathematical model of radial forces on BPMM is deduced. The gap magnetic circuits of BPMM are studied using finite element method when the current in radial force windings is changed under the invariables equivalent current in torque windings. The nonlinear relation between radial forces and current is also studied considering magnetic circuit saturation and nonlinearity. The result provides the basis for optimizing and designing bearingless permanent magnetic motors and obtaining maximal radial suspense forces.
