多维减振平台主体机构的分析研究
Study on main mechanism of multi-DIM vibration absorber
【摘要】 分析了传统多维减振存在的问题,提出了采用并联机构作为多自由度减振平台的全新思想,论述了与所需减振自由度相当的并联机构作为减振平台主体机构,在机构原动件处辅以相应的弹性阻尼元件,实现能量吸收及动力反向驱动自适应平衡.并且提出作为减振平台主体机构的并联机构机型的选择原则,以三平移减振平台为例,说明其设计的思想,对其进行ADAMS动态仿真研究,取得了成功.该设计平台在工业、国防领域具有广泛的应用前景.
【Abstract】 Traditional multi-DIM vibration absorbers are analyzed. A new theory that the parallel mechanism can be used for the multi-DIM vibration absorber is proposed. The parallel mechanisms with the number of DOF meeting the vibration absorber requirement are made as the main mechanisms in the vibration absorber. The elastic damping components are used to absorb the energy and to obtain the self-(adapt) balance with reverse driving at the drivers. The principle to choose the parallel mechanisms as the main mechanisms in the vibration absorber is proposed. Examples of the three DOF vibration absorber are analyzed and simulated with ADAMS software.
