EPS系统性能试验研究
Experimental study on EPS system performance
【摘要】 设计了电动助力转向系统性能试验台,对进口电动助力转向系统的转矩传感器、电机电流传感器进行标定,并进行台架性能测试 测试结果表明:转矩传感器在零输入时的输出不为零,向右转向时输出增加,向左转向时输出减小;各种车速下的助力特性曲线都有死区存在;相同车速下,电机助力随操舵力几乎呈线性增加;随着车速的增加,电机助力随操舵力变化的斜率近似呈双曲线减小 测试结果对电动助力转向系统有关传感器和控制器元件的选择、设计开发以及控制策略的制定具有一定的参考价值
【Abstract】 A test bench for electric power steering system (EPS) is set up. The characteristic experi-ments on an EPS system imported from abroad are carried out on the test bench; the torque sensor of steering shaft and the current sensor of the electric motor are calibrated. The output characters of the torque sensor and the assistant characters of the EPS system are presented. It is found that the output of the torque sensor is not zero at zero input, and the output increases when steering right and decrea-ses when steering left. There is a dead zone on the curves of the assistant performance. The assistant torque increases with the increase of hand torque at the same vehicle speed, while the slope decreases with the increase of vehicle speed.
