蛋白质组技术研究进展
Research Progress in Technology of Proteome
【摘要】 探讨了蛋白质组的由来,分析了蛋白质组学研究的特点和内容。综述了研究蛋白质组的技术和方法,其主要包括:双向电泳技术、质谱分析、生物信息学等,并对蛋白质组研究的前景作出了展望。
【Abstract】 This paper discuss the origin of proteome, analyzes its characteristics and the contents and reviews the technology and methods of research on proteome,primarily including two-dimension electrophoresis, bio-mass spectrometry,bioimfomatics etc.Its prospects are described.
