【Abstract】 The geographical distribution and floral feature of the Polypodiaceae in Zhejiang was described. It is rich the ferm distributed at the southwest of Zhejiang. There are more genera distributed in tropics. It is great that fern species of growing type of epiphytic distributed in Zhejiang.
