过渡金属对Cu60-Zn30-Al10变换催化剂性能的影响
The Effect of Transitional Metals on Cu60-Zn30-Al10 Catalysts for Water Gas Shift Reaction
【摘要】 研究了锰、钴、锆等过渡金属对Cu60_Zn30_Al10变换催化剂性能的影响,并采用XRD、TPD、TPR等手段对其进行了表征。结果表明,过渡金属的加入提高了催化剂的活性,其中以锰的改性效果最好。锰的加入提高了催化剂的分散度、活性比表面积和CO吸附量,降低了催化剂的还原温度,改善了催化剂的性能;铜基催化剂在变换反应中的活性相主要是Cu0和Cu+。
【Abstract】 Effect of Mn, Co and Zr transitional metals on the catalytic properties of Cu60-Zn30-Al10 catalyst for water gas shift reaction was studied. The samples were characterized by XRD, CO-TPD and H2-TPR. The results suggested that the addition of transient metals improved the properties of Cu60-Zn30-Al10 catalyst. Cu60-Zn30-Al5-Mn5 catalyst employes optimum activity. The addition of Mn increases the active surface area and Cu dispersity, lowers catalyst reduction temperature. It also shows that the active phases of the catalyst are Cu0 and Cu+.
