【Abstract】 Taking Monopterus albus as the experimental object, arsenic trioxide of various concentrations was injected into its abdominal cavity. And then the peroxide enzymatic activity on the basis of homogeneous solution, which was gotten from the live of the object, was determined. The result showed that arsenic trioxide of different concentrations influenced the catalase activity in great diversity. When a small dose of arsenic trioxide was infected, the CAT activity went up slightly. While, when the concentration of the injected arsenic trioxide rose, the CAT activity came down a little.更多还原
