【摘要】 研究了D＿青霉胺直接进行外消旋的工艺,分别讨论了时间、温度及物质配比对产物的旋光性和产率的影响,确定了外消旋过程的最佳反应条件。

【Abstract】 This paper relates to the preparation of D, L-penicillamine from D-penicillamine. The influence of time, temperature and matter proportion was discussed respectively on optical activity and yield of product. The optimum racemate conditions were determined.
