【摘要】 分析了包钢公司铁矿石供给现状及矿业管理中存在的问题。针对包钢面临的钢铁产量不断扩大而铁矿石资源日益紧缺的现状 ,提出了科学处理自有资源基地改造和建设关系、多元化经营以有效利用区内外铁矿资源、建设国外铁矿资源供应基地等应对方针。针对包钢近年来在矿业管理中存在的一系列问题 ,提出了组建专业统管机构 ,实施和加强矿业管理工作的建议 ,并对基本任务作了设想更多还原

【Abstract】 The present conditions of the iron ore supply of Bao Steel Co. and the problems existing in its mining administration are analyzed. In view of the continuously increasing iron & steel production and the increasingly shorter iron ore resource faced by Bao Steel, it is proposed to adopt the handling principles including scientific treatment of the relationship between transformation and construction of the self-owned resource base, diversified operation, effective utilization of the in-region and outside-region iron ore resources and setting up foreign iron ore resource supply bases. In light of the problems existing in Bao Steel’s mining administration in recent years, suggestions on establishing a unified professional administration institution for executing and strengthening the mining administration work are made and considerations on its basic task given.更多还原
