Falcon离心分选机对细粒煤的脱硫试验研究
Test Research of Fine Coal Desulfurization Using Falcon Centrifugal Separator
【摘要】 由于煤中硫铁矿的低效解离和硫铁矿表面的硫磺富集而引起的天然疏水性以及大量中煤颗粒的存在 ,目前所依赖的泡沫浮选技术往往难以获得令人满意的脱硫效果。为此 ,采用复合力场的离心重力Falcon分选机 ,对 - 0 .5mm细粒级高硫煤进行了脱硫试验。试验得出了Falcon分选机实际性能指标 ,并比较了Falcon离心分选机和分步释放试验的脱硫降灰效果 ,结果表明 ,前者的精煤全硫在 2 .2 0 %左右 ,后者的精煤全硫为 3.2 0 %左右 ,说明Falcon分选机对细粒煤的脱硫效果优于浮选法。该方法为细粒高硫煤的脱硫提供了新的技术途径。
【Abstract】 Due to the inefficient liberation of pyrites in coal,the natural hydrophobicity of pyrite surface caused by the enrichment of sulphur and the existence of large amount of coal middlings,it was difficult for the presently used froth flotation techniques to achieve satisfactory desulfurization effect.Therefore,centrifugal gravity Falcon separator applying a compound force field was used in the desulphurating test on -0.5 high sulphur mm fine coal.The actual performances of Falcon separator were obtained and the desulphuratoin and ash reduction results of Falcon separator test were compared with those of staged release test.The results showed that the suplhur content of the former’s clean coal was about 2.20% and the latter’s,about 3.20%,illustrating that the Falcon separator had a better desulphurating effect for fine coal than the flotation method.It provides a new technical way for the desulpuration of high sulphur fine coal.
