某含铜金精矿氰化浸出提金试验研究

【摘要】 由于铜对金的氰化浸出过程有严重影响 ,含铜金精矿往往须送冶炼厂火法处理而不能就地产金 ,严重影响矿山效益。为此 ,对辽宁某含铜金精矿进行了旨在提高金浸出率的试验研究。结果表明 ,采用常规方法 ,金浸出率只有 4 3.11% ;将精矿脱药处理 ,浸出率可提高 7.11个百分点 ;将脱药后的精矿用氨 -氰混合液浸出 ,在氨和氰化钠的用量比为 5 .92∶8的最佳比例下 ,金的浸出率可大幅度提高到 90 %以上 ;若采用炭浆法用氨 -氰混合液进行浸出 ,浸出率可进一步提高到 93%以上。

【Abstract】 As copper could have serious effect on gold cyanidation-leaching process,copper containing concentrates were often sent to smelter for pyrometallurgical treatment and in-situ gold production from them was impossible, which greatly influenced the mine benefit.Therefore,tests were made on a Liaoning copper-containing gold concentrate,aiming at improving the gold leaching rate.The test results showed that the gold teaching rate was only 43.11% when the conventional method was used,and it could be raised by 7.11 percentage points when the concentrate was dereagented.When the dereagented concentrate was leached with ammonia-cyanide mixed solution at the best ammonia-to-sodium cyanide ratio of 5.92∶8,the gold leaching rate could be greatly increased to over 90%.If carbon-in-pulp method was used with ammonia-cyanide mixed solution,the leaching rate could further improved to over 93%.
