FGC多变量预测解耦控制仿真
Simulation of FGC Control Based on Multivarible Predictive Decoupling Control
【摘要】 该文提出一种基于线性化模型冷连轧机动态变规格 (FGC)解耦控制器。该控制器采用预测控制算法 ,将解耦和控制器的设计融为一体 ,设计过程相对简单。仿真结果证明系统有很好的动态响应 ,很大程度上弥补了线性化模型的不足。
【Abstract】 In order to make up for deficiency of linear model ,the FGC(flying gage change) decoupling controller based on linear model of tandem cold rolling mill is proposed. Predictive control arithmetic is adopted in the controller ,which combines decoupling with control ,so the method makes controller design relatively simple. The simulation experiment on the new controller is carry out.The results show that the new controller has better robustness,stability and precision.
