【Abstract】 A solution to mobile micro-payment platform based on Short Service Message(SMS) was described. The architecture,interfaces and security of the solution,which is a mobile micro-payment platform launched by a network operator of China Mobile Communication Corporation(CMCC) using the existing technology and systems were introduced in detail.
