【Abstract】 Based on analyzing the characteristics of the distributed manufacturing,this paper presents the meaning of the distributed manufacturing project management. From the lifecycle of the entirely distributed manufacturing ,it establishes the hierarchical model of the distributed manufacturing project management and puts forward the reference frames of the project definition layer,the project plan and schedule layer,the execution and supervision layer and information base layer. It also gives out a kind of distributed manufacturing project management architectural structure based on the Web’s component and the realization prototype.更多还原
