【Abstract】 All information including scene,object and management control in MPEG4 standard is encoded into binary format and saved into one streaming file named .MP4 in streaming format. One MP4 file consists of timing,structure,media information such as video and audio express which are related to the timing sequence of the file media data,and are connected with each other by track technology. This paper surveys the core technologies of MP4 file including scene description,object description,the correlation between scene description and object description,and the constituent method and play technology over network for MP4 file. At last,it gives an example which realizes Chinese display according to MPEG4 bit stream standard. Those are helpful on building MPEG4 streaming file and using MPEG4 streaming over local and network.更多还原
