【Abstract】 This paper introduces the implementation of an intelligent and characteristic remote learning system which is based on mobile agents. The implementation introduces the theory of Mobile Agent Cooperative Information System Middleware(MACISM) and gives specific ideas and solutions on which the remote learning system is based.
