一个采用TCP Handoff技术的基于内容调度系统

【摘要】 针对传统的Web调度系统普遍存在可扩展性差、系统开销大等种种缺陷 ,我们研究了一种新的基于内容调度系统。该系统在Linux内核TCP/IP层实现 ,主要采用了TCPHandoff、报文捎带等技术。本文详细阐述了基于内容调度系统的设计原理和实现过程。实验表明 ,该系统与传统的Web调度系统相比具有更高的可扩展性和更好的性能

【Abstract】 The present Web scheduling systems have some deficiencies such as poor scalability and high system overhead. We propose a new content-aware scheduling system, which is implemented in the TCP/IP layer of the Linux kernel. This paper describes the design principles and implementation of our content-aware scheduling system, in which some technologies such as the TCP handoff and the piggy mechanism are adopted. We conclude from the experiment results that our content-aware scheduling system has better scalability and higher performance than many other schedulers.
