【Abstract】 The subscription and distribution of newspapers and periodicals is one of the key businesses of postal enterprises. Based on communication middleware, a data communication network is constructed among different platforms by using the postal integrated computer network and the Oracle database. The problems of large load and multiuser simultaneous communications are solved in the communication process of the system.
