【Abstract】 To optimize the multi-enterprises network organization stepwise, it is necessary to know how to calculate the efficiency of network organization. Generally, the structure of network is simple and fixed such as series or parallel. However, there are much stochastic phenomena in network when many enterprises come into being a network-based collaborative chain. Based on the analysis of stochastic phenomena in enterprises network, it was proved that the system follows PH distribution, and then the quantitative method was given to calculate efficiency of collaborative network.
