【摘要】 为帮助企业构建IT基础设施能力,从结构的角度提出了一种对能力进行分解的方式。按照IT基础设施的技术、服务和应用三个层次结构,提炼出电子商务环境下企业IT基础设施的共享能力、服务能力和柔性能力,以及区域、范围、数量、深度、接口的标准化和应用逻辑的组件化等六个要素,着重描述了电子商务模式与服务能力之间的关系、电子商务世界中IT基础设施应用柔性与业务流程性质之间的关系以及改善柔性的途径。最后,运用实际案例验证了该分析框架的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To develop appropriate IT infrastructure for companies in E-business environment, a new structure view was put forward from organization’s viewpoint. According to infrastructure hierarchies, capabilities of sharing, service and flexibility were advanced. Also, the corresponding elements of area, range, amount, depth, interface standardization and application modularity were derived. Relationship between E-business modes & service capability, connections between application flexibility of IT infrastructure and characters of business process, as well as approaches to improve flexibility were emphasized.
