【Abstract】 Networked manufacturing is a trend of manufacturing industry. Enterprises are engaged in it by virtual enterprise (VE). Small and middle enterprises being able to take part in VE is important to realize VE effectively. After two typical VE models are discussed, a regional VE resolution based on ASP (application server provider) is put forward and the implemental technologies are given.
