电子市场和供应链伙伴选择的关系
Relationships of Electronic Marketplace and Partner Selection of Supply Chain
【摘要】 电子市场和供应链伙伴选择是两个不同的概念。供应链伙伴选择的合适与否对供应链系统的整体产出价值影响很大,电子市场的引人可以为选择到合适的供应链伙伴提供一个很好的平台。通过对电子市场的分类,提出项目采购战略模型,分析了在不同的采购战略下Internet驱动的电子市场对供应链伙伴选择的作用,总结了实现电子市场的必要条件。
【Abstract】 Electronic marketplace and partner selection of supply chain are two different notions. Appropriate partners of supply chain drastically affect the output value of the system of supply chain. Internet-driven electronic marketplace (IEMP) can provide an effective platform to select the right partners. Through suitable classification of IEMP, and detailed analysis on the effect of IEMP for partner selection of supply chain, a model of procurement strategies for project, as well as the vital factors leading to successful IEMP, is presented.
