【摘要】 讨论了企业资源优化问题的基本概念和特性,综述了学术界为实现企业资源优化所做的努力,提出了一个基于供应链结构、能够实现制造类企业资源优化的企业资源优化模型。该模型能描述制造企业复杂的物料清单关系,进行详细的物流与能力平衡,可对产品组合、库存控制、外协加工等进行优化。模型可以取代传统企业资源计划系统中的主生产计划、物料需求计划和能力需求计划模块,成为企业资源优化系统的核心模块。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic concepts and characteristics of Enterprise Resource Optimization (ERO) are discussed. After reviewing the academia’s contributions to the realization of ERO, an enterprise resource optimization modeling system is proposed, which is based on the supply chain structure and is able to fulfill the optimal resource allocation of a manufacture system. The optimization model is able to deal with the complicated BOM structure, balance the material flows, perform the optimization with respect to production mix, process load balancing, inventory control, contract out etc. The model system can be used to fulfill the functions of MPS, MRP and CRP module in a traditional ERP system and may become the core module of a new ERO system.更多还原
