【摘要】 项目管理与工作流技术对业务过程提供有力支持,它们各有特点,具有很强的互补性。针对企业的实际需求,提出了企业工作流空间的概念,并以此为基础,定义了基于双层工作流空间的项目管理与执行集成过程模型的概念,这两个空间通过关联关系保持协同一致。进一步深入研究了过程规划与过程调整的方法,提供了相应的算法,以此实现了过程模型的动态演化,从而达到适应业务过程实际需要的目的。

【Abstract】 The Project management technology and the workflow technology can provide powerful support to the business process. They have their special characteristics and can compensate for each other. A concept of enterprise workflow space is put out to meet the complex requirements of the enterprise,and an integrated process model supporting both project management and process executing based on two workflow spaces i.e., project management workflow space and business executing workflow space, is defined. These two workflow spaces should be kept consistently through the associate relationships. Then the process plan and process adjustment methods, as well as the corresponding algorithms are researched so that the process model can be evolved dynamically according to the real situations of the running business.
