【Abstract】 Enterprise information service platform has been developed for many years. At present, rather than traditional service styles of website, telephone, and fax, a new information service platform that bases on short message has become the new developing direction of enterprise and the focus of network service provide. The report includes three main sections. Firstly, the system framework of short message service platform is represented, and some problems are pointed out. Secondly, some key technologies are provided for resolving the problems. Thirdly, a case study of railway information system is introduced.
