【Abstract】 This paper discusses the differences and the same aspects between IPv4 Sockets API and IPv6 Sockets API. After that, it gives a set of substitution rules which can be used to transform an IPv4 program to an IPv6 program. According to these rules, the authors have successfully ported a streaming media library called LIVE and a streaming media player called Mplayer from IPv4 to IPv6.更多还原
