Turbo码译码的收敛性与停止迭代判据
Convergence and Stopping Criterion of Iterative Decoding for Turbo Code
【摘要】 为减少译码延时, 根据Turbo码的似然比的可靠性讨论了Turbo的收敛性, 提出了两种基于可靠性的迭代停止判决, 通过仿真译码时的平均迭代次数明显减少, 并且所获得的性能几乎没有下降, 表明提出的迭代停止判据有效。
【Abstract】 To reduce the delay, this paper discusses the convergence of Turbo decoding and presents two kinds of stopping criterion based on the reliability of log-likelihood-ratio(LLR). According to the presented stopping criterion, the average number of iterations for Turbo decoding is decreased, while the BER performance obtained is not degraded. Finally, it is proved that the two kinds of iterative criterion are valid by simulation.
