多入口集群负载均衡问题研究

【摘要】 分析了常用的负载均衡算法在多个调度器上同时运行时的效果,提出多入口集群的水平分割调度方案,该方案通过对各调度器设置阈值来实现。为度量轮循调度的接口负载并设置阈值,提出了轮循频率的概念,当来自不同接口的流量不一致时,需要对阈值进行调整以提高整个集群的吞吐量,为此,提出了阈值动态调整算法和一种分布式调整触发机制。该方案兼容现有的单调度器方案,有效地解决了集群环境中存在多个调度器时的负载均衡问题

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the dispatching effect of load balancing algorithms which are based on single dispatcher but now run in multi-dispatchers simultaneously, presents a load balancing solution which configures threshold value in each director in the multi-entry cluster environment. Round-robin frequency and least connection count of the director are presented to evaluate incoming traffic, to solve traffic imbalance between directors and improve throughput of the whole cluster. Self-adjusting algorithm of threshold value and distributed trigger mechanism are designed.It is compatible with existing load balancing products, and can be used in the large scale cluster and internet data center.
