可重构DNC实时监控系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of the Reconfigurable Real-time DNC System
【摘要】 为了远程能及时有效地监控和管理制造系统中CNC机床的加工过程,该文从DNC实时监控系统的控制软件与硬件通讯平台可重构的角度出发,提出了一种可重构DNC实时监控系统的设计方法;同时采用面向对象的统一建模语言(UML),进行了DNC实时监控系统软件的设计和开发。
【Abstract】 To monitor, control and manage the work process of computer numerical control machine tools in a manufacturing system at remote effectively, this paper presents a design method of a real-time distributed numerical control (DNC) system that is on the basis of the reconfigurable software and hardware platform. The DNC system has been designed and developed with unified modeling language of the oriented-object technique.
