基于人工神经网络的注塑参数模拟预测系统
Simulation and Prediction of Injection Parameters Based on Artificial Neural Network
【摘要】 将CAE模拟与神经网络技术相结合,在Matlab环境下建立了注塑工艺参数模拟预测系统。将系统预测结果与模拟及实验验证结果进行比较和误差分析,显示出系统的稳定性和可靠性,表明了该系统具有工程实用价值。
【Abstract】 With the CAE simulation being combined with the artificial neural network technology, the simulation and prediction system is established under Matlab environment. The comparison and error analysis are carried out between the system’s predictive results and the results from CAE simulation and experiment, it shows the stability and reliability of the system. This shows that it is feasible for the artificial neural network to be used in fast prediction of the injection parametric values.
