5/3小波提升方法的FPGA仿真
FPGA Simulation for 5/3 Wavelet Lifting Scheme
【摘要】 离散小波变换是当今许多图像处理和压缩技术的基础,并被最新的ISO/IEC静态图像压缩标准JPEG2000所采用。5/3小波提升方法在JPEG2000中主要用于无损图像压缩,该文为该算法提出一种硬件结构,并在FPGA上仿真实现。
【Abstract】 Discrete wavelet transformation(DWT) has become very popular as the basis of many recent image processing and compression techniques and has been adopted by new image compression standard, i.e., JPEG2000. 5/3 wavelet transformation is mainly used for lossless image compression in JPEG2000. This paper presents a novel hardware structure and implements it in FPGA hardware.
