【Abstract】 This paper accomplishes the business letter processing system based on the organic combination of full-text retrieval technology and database technology by using the information resources of names and addresses contained in postal networks, introduces the business functions and physics structure of the system and the organization form and logic structure of the name & address information system, and analyses the weaknesses of the existing business letter processing systems and the relative technologies of full-text retrieval.
