基于神经网络的热电偶传感器的智能信号处理
Neural Network-based Intelligent Signal Processing for Thermocouple Sensor
【摘要】 在先进的控制系统中,智能化热电偶温度传感器已被广泛采用,但由于其非线性校正和冷端温度补偿依然采用硬件或软件查表的方法而存在一定的误差,限制了智能温度传感器精度的进一步提高。该文采用多个神经网络组成一个新结构,同时完成高精度非线性校正和冷端补偿。
【Abstract】 Intelligent thermocouple sensor for temperature measurement has been widely used in advanced control system. However,the increase of precision is constrained due to the shortcoming of hardware-based or table-look-up-based nonlinear adjustment and compensation for cold-side-offset. A novel structure with multi-neural-networks is proposed in this paper in order to derive both high accurate compensation and nonlinear adjustment for cold-side-offset.
