【Abstract】 A practical dentistical electronic patient record system is discussed in this paper. It is based on the clinic,research and administration requirement analysis. A set of practical and normative templates is built for the EPR system. All the data are stored in a MS SQL Server and functions such as EPR construction,rapid & friend interfaces and EPR reports are implemented with Delphi programming.更多还原
