【Abstract】 This paper introduces a fast handshake protocol for TLS. The new protocol reduces both network traffic and the number of round trips by that a client caches a servers public parameters and negotiated parameters in the course of an initial, enabling handshake. The savings are most useful in high latency environments. The protocol is compatible with the standard TLS handshake protocol.更多还原
