【摘要】 教师评价是学校管理的重要组成部分之一。从理论上来看 ,教师评价对提高学校教育质量有重要作用 ,教育管理者也期望以此来促进教师改进教学。但教师对教师评价的态度并非都是积极的 ,为明确它给教师带来了怎样的影响 ,本文从调查教师对教师评价的态度入手进行分析 ,并提出相应的对策更多还原

【Abstract】 Teacher evaluation is an important component part of school management. In theory, teacher evaluation plays an important part in the improvement of the quality of school education, and education administrators also expect it to encourage teachers to improve their teaching. But teachers’ attitude towards teacher evaluation is not all active. In order to make clear what influence it has brought on teacher, this paper makes an investigation and analysis of teachers’ attitude towards teacher evaluation and puts forward relevant countermeasures for it.更多还原
