【摘要】 可用性工程是开发高可用性交互式软件和IT产品的有效途径。这要求根据开发组织的可用性成熟度状况,把以用户为中心的设计方法结合到产品生命周期过程中。为指导可用性工程在国内的引进和推广,我们按照可用性能力成熟度模型UMM,选择代表性的软件企业进行了一次可用性能力成熟度评估。本文介绍这次评估依据的UMM模型、所采用的评估方法和评估结果,重点讨论所发现的阻碍企业应用可用性工程的问题,并提出过程改进的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is recognized that the essential means to assure an organization to produce usable products is to adopt user-centred design and improve its processes to achieve higher usability maturity level. This paper describes an as-sessment based on Usability Maturity Model (UMM) for organizational human-centeredness at some Chinese soft-ware enterprises. The objective of the assessment is to have a clearer understanding of the current state of the enter-prises so that usability engineering could be better promoted in this sector. The assessment is of interview-based styleand three representative enterprises are selected as the assessees. The results show that the maturity level for all the assessees is level A that is the lowest level in the five point Human-Centeredness Scale (HCS). The paper analyzes the current circumstances in the enterprises with various deficiencies indicated and some positive aspects recognised. Finally some insights are provided on a feasible strategy for introducing usability engineering in the industry.更多还原
