软管隔振结构在噪声控制中应用的研讨
Study of the Tube for Vibration Isolation in Noise Control Engineering
【摘要】 由膜和板自由振动的理论分析,可以证明布质或软橡胶质制造的连接管比普通金属刚性管隔振降噪效果提高10~20dB以上。但在设计手册及现有的书刊中未见有量化设计和运用技巧方面的介绍。软连接一般存在透声问题,只要合理运用也可化害为利。这取决于对安装位置和尺量的合理选择。当选择利用其透声时,管长L应不小于管径d;如需避免其透声时,应取L≤d/4。
【Abstract】 According to theoretical analysis on free vibration of membrane and plate, it can be proved that the effect of vibration isolation and noise reduction resulted from the tube made of cloth or soft gum is elevated by above 10 ~ 20 dB as that resulted from the tube made of general metal. However, there is no introduction about quantification design and application of technology in design pamphlet and relevant books. Although averagely, the soft link has the problem of acoustical transmission, it can be turned into a beneficial thing only if its installing location and size are rational. When using acoustical transmission, L≥d; When avoiding acoustical transmission, L≤d/4(L:the pipe length; d:the pipe diameter).
