氯化氢废气回收处理系统设计与应用
Design and Application of Absorptive Instrument for the Hydrogen Chloride Exhaust Gas
【摘要】 针对水处理剂生产中有害废气释放,利用负压抽吸引流物理吸收和化学吸收共同作用原理,研究和设计了废气的吸收装置,采用吸收剂分段循环和降温相结合的回收工艺,将此工艺应用于10000t a水处理杀菌剂生产装置的氯化氢废气回收上,实验结果表明:可使氯化氢回收率达97.5%以上、盐酸质量分数达30%。
【Abstract】 Poisonous exhaust gas often gives off in the organic synthesis and the production processes of chemical and medicine. According to the principle of passive pressure and drawing in drainage absorption, the absorptive device is designed for environment abatement. The test results show that the rate of recovery for hydrogen chloride is 97.5% by use of the method that combines recycle solvent and lower temperature in the process of producing water-treatment agent, and the concentration of hydrochloride acid is 30%. As demonstrated in experiments, the method used in the design procedure is excellent and feasible. It is proven in practice that the poisonous exhaust gas pollution can be efficiently decreased.
