2,6-二氟苯甲醛的合成
Synthesis of 2,6-Difluorobenzaldehyde
【摘要】 以2,6-二氯苯甲醛和氟化钾为原料,在环丁砜中进行氟代反应制得2,6-二氟苯甲醛(Ⅰ),采用分馏分离方法纯化产物,用均匀设计对工艺条件进行了优化,在KF和2,6-二氯苯甲醛摩尔比3∶1、环丁砜用量150mL、反应时间12h和反应温度220℃的条件下,Ⅰ的收率61.2%,Ⅰ的质量分数大于98.1%。
【Abstract】 2,6-Difluorobenzaldehyde (I) was prepared from 2,6-dichlorobenzaldehyde and KF in tetramethylene sulfoxide, followed by fractionation purification. The synthetic procedure of I was optimized by using uniform design while the mole ratio of KF and 2,6-dichlorobenzaldehyde, the volume of tetramethylene sulfoxide, and the time and temperature of reaction were 3∶1, 150 mL, 12 h and 220 ℃, respectively. Under these reaction conditions, the yield and purity of product I could achieve 61.2% and 98.1%.
