2-氯-5-氯甲基噻唑的合成方法述评
Synthesis of 2-Chloro-5-Chloromethyl Thiazole
【摘要】 介绍了2-氯-5-氯甲基噻唑的合成方法及作为中间体在合成高效杀虫剂氯噻啉中的应用,分析比较了8种不同原料路线合成工艺的优劣,认为1-异硫氰酸基-2-氯-2-丙烯氯化法适合工业化生产。
【Abstract】 The synthetic methods of 2-chloro-5-chloromethyl thiazole that is a key intermediate for preparing a class of highly active pesticide-imidaclothiz (JS-125), was introduced in this paper.
