【摘要】 对1,2,4-三唑-3-磺酸-N,N-二乙基甲酰胺-2,4,6-三甲基酚酯高效除草剂原药合成的工艺条件进行了优化,得到了优化的工艺条件为:原料配比n(N,N-二乙基甲酰胺-3-氯磺酰-1,2,4-三唑)∶n(三甲基苯酚)∶n(三乙胺)=1∶1.05∶1.05,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为3h。并对其应用进行了初步研究。结果表明1,2,4-三唑-3-磺酸-N,N-二乙基甲酰胺-2,4,6-三甲基酚酯具有合成工艺条件简单、合成收率达到95%、生物活性高与产品易加工等特点。

【Abstract】 The optimal synthetic conditions of high efficient herbicide, 1,2,4-triazole-sulfonic acid, 1-[diethyl(amino)carbonyl]-2,4,6-trimethylphenylester were studied in this short paper, and the obtained optimal conditions included: triazole intermediate: trimethylhydroxybenzene: triethylamine = 1∶1.05∶1.5, the reaction temperature of 30℃ and the reaction time of 3 h. Besides, the fundamental application of 1,2,4-triazole-sulfonic acid, 1-[diethyl(amino)carbonyl]-2,4,6-trimethylphenylester as the high efficient herbicide was also investigated. This chemical is easy synthesized and the yield can reach about 95%, and it can widely and easily kill unwanted plant and to be easily processed.
