氨基磺酸系高效减水剂ASP缓凝性能研究

【摘要】 氨基磺酸系高效减水剂是一种具有缓凝性能的新型高效减水剂,研究的结果表明:氨基磺酸系高效减水剂ASP分散能力强,流动度损失小,120min内相对流动度损失率仅为7.7%,远小于萘系减水剂FDN;掺加0.5%ASP的水泥净浆初凝和终凝时间较空白分别延长1h55min和6h30min,水泥水化放热峰较空白推迟约7h,但不能明显降低水化放热峰值;混凝土28d抗压强度为空白的138%,其混凝土试块微结构比掺FDN的试块更为均匀、细密,基本上已看不出网状结构。氨基磺酸系高效减水剂适合配制用于泵送的高强高性能混凝土。

【Abstract】 Aminosulfonic acid-based superplasticizer is a type of new superplasticizer with retarding performances, and its retarding performances are studied in this paper. The results indicate that it has high dispersing capability and low fluidity loss, and the relative fluidity loss rate is 7.7% within 120 min that is more less than FDN. The initial and final setting time of cement paste treated with ASP prolong 115 min and 6.5 h respectively than that of untreated, while the exothermin peak of hydration of cement appears 7 h later than that of untreated, though the peak cannot be reduced significantly. The 28 d compressive strength ratio of concrete treated with ASP is 138% of that of untreated, the microstructure of cement paste specimens is more uniform and compact than that of concrete treated with FDN, and the reticular structure of specimens can hardly be observed. So that the aminosulfonic acid-based superplasticizer is suitable for preparing pumping high strength and high performance concrete.
