环氧丙烷清洁生产技术研究进展

【摘要】 环氧丙烷是重要的基础化学品之一,传统的工业生产方法由于环境污染和成本较高等原因阻碍了其进一步发展。寻找清洁又经济的生产技术是环氧丙烷工业生产研究的重点。该文评述环氧丙烷清洁生产技术研究现状,指出了具有工业应用前景的三种清洁生产技术及存在的问题。着重介绍了胶束催化这种新的技术,指出胶束催化技术有希望成为环氧丙烷工业绿色化学清洁生产的典范。建议加强环氧丙烷胶束催化技术的研究和工艺开发。

【Abstract】 Propylene oxide (PO) is one of the most important fundamental chemicals. The conventional industrial processes limit its further development due to environmental pollution and its high production cost, so that the demand of exploring novel, economical and clean technologies for PO production is important. The progresses in clean technology of PO production are surveyed in this paper, and among them there are 3 types of clean technologies that are prospective in industrial application. This review focuses on a new clean technology named micellar catalysis, which is promising to be the quintessence of clean processes for industrial PO production in future. It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the micellar catalysis and its process development.
