【Abstract】 This paper introduces challenges of real time streaming and proposes a MPEG4-based real time multimedia streaming system to deliver video to client via Internet.The primary target of this system is to utilize available bandwidth and adapt to variations in throughput ,delay and packet loss over the packet exchange network.The aim is also focused on the playback quantity which may be influenced by loss of information of the playing video frame.更多还原
