【Abstract】 To guarantee the well-balanced,reliable and high-quality service,the specification of SLA violation process challenges the quality management of NGI IP service.Based on the requirements of IP service for next generation Internet supporting QoS management ,a generic template of SLA violation process is given.The component content and attributes of this template is described in details.And the flow of SLA violation process,which can guarantee the QoS,is provided according to the template.At last the application scenarios in the NGI IP service management -service parameters violation in the stage of service assurance are discussed.更多还原
