【摘要】 Curvelet变换是继小波变换之后,能更适合图像处理特点的一种多尺度变换,它能同时获得对图像平滑区域和边缘部分的稀疏表达,且具有很强的方向性,已有初步结果显示其在图像处理中的发展潜力。文章首先给出Curvelet变换的概念,并说明其算法实现。再综述Curvelet变换在图像处理中的应用。最后,提出对Curvelet变换的进一步研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The curvelet is more suitable for image processing than the wavelet,able to represent smooth and edge parts of image with sparsity.In addition,the representation contains more directional information.The primary experimental re-sults show its potential in image processing.This paper first introduces the concept of curvelet transform and specify one of its implementation algorithms.Then it review some results of curvelet applications in image processing.Finally,it pro-poses further research directions for curvelet.更多还原
