【Abstract】 The heating-up of air film that caused by the laser illuminating is discussed.The influence of heating-up of air film to the slider bearing system is researched by computer simulation,the rule of the influence and some conclu-sions related are obtained.The results show that heating-up of the air film has great influence on the slider bearing system.更多还原
